Job Description

A position has become available in Warwickshire for a highly skilled trainer to manage and deliver all aspects of internal training including Induction, Food Safety, HACCP and the supervisory trainer programmes. Co-ordinate and support in the identification of Training and Development needs. Design and deliver training programmes and evaluate the effectiveness of the training. Maintain individual training records for all employees.

Some of Your Roles and Responsibilities will Include

Deliver Company induction training to all new starters in the business
Define the structure of the Companies training system and implement required changes. Ensure standards comply with legal, customer and company requirements.

Review and deliver Food Safety (Level 1, 2, 3 & refresher) training for all food-handling operatives.

Review and deliver HACCP (Level 2, 3 & refresher) training for food handling
Liaise with external training organisations and suppliers for the implementation of 3rd party training solutions.

Train and support supervisors to enable them to provide necessary training for operatives under their control. Provide environment based coaching, support and assessment of their own development and their efficacy with operatives.

Person Specification

Confident communicator with a range of people Good administration skills (time management, organisation skills, typing)

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: At least one year’s experience of administering and delivering training in a formal environment and having delivered a range of courses. Skills / Competencies: · Level 3 NVQ in training and / or development · Registered trainer with CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) · PC literate (MS Office) · Produce and analyse basic statistical information i.e. trends, graphs · Integrity, honesty and ability to sustain confidentiality with all HR information

The job salary is £25k – £30k
