This is a great opportunity for an experienced and hard working Sous Chef to work with fresh ingredients and produce tasty wholesome food for this contemporary bar/restaurant.The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and skilled Chef who is able to provide excellent support to the Head Chef and deputise in his absence.

Qualifications & Experience

You must be able to assist with the day to day operations of the kitchen and be able to consistently produce food to the highest standards.

You must have excellent communication skills and you must be able to work under pressure.

A positive attitude and good work ethic are essential.
