Job Description

I am looking for a person to carry out reception/admin duties. Our recruitment office has a high volume of calls which will need answering to solves queries and answer questions, this will be the core part of this job. We need somebody with a clear, confident, pleasant telephone manner. The person employed is also required to be able to speak Gujarati as a high number of our candidates speak this a first or only language. Other duties include administration such as faxing, photocopying, advertising jobs online. The role could be an excellent start to somebody's career and the right person will be developed through training and guidance. You must have a good basic level of numeracy and a good standard of literacy and IT skills. Qualifications are not important but drive, ability and the right attitude is.
