Job Description

A great opportunity for Heavy Machinist - Turner, Borers & Millers. The right candidate will be expected to work shifts based on 3 patters of days lates & nights. This position is based in Leicestershire

Person Specification

Ideal candidates will be apprentice-trained or have completed a comprehensive training programme recognised within the trade. The work is of a physical nature, undertaking the full range of turning, boring or milling tasks on large components associated with the manufacture of generators. NC or CNC experience preferred.

Suitable applicants will be expected to co-operate with working shifts based on three principal shift patterns of days, lates and nights, for which generous shift premiums are paid. In addition, there will be ample opportunities for overtime.
