Job Description
Key accountabilities · Lead, monitor and support people to resolve operational incidents
· Determine solutions to hazards and risks identified through inspection and investigation
· Plan and implement activities to meet service delivery needs
· Manage the effective use of resources
· Select personnel for employment
· Manage the performance of teams and individuals to achieve objectives
· Develop teams and individuals to enhance work based performance

Middle Manager ADC or held the rank of Station Manager or equivalent and be competent in role
Fire Investigation qualification is preferred
Holds a current Vehicle Licence, LGV desirable, EFAD (or equivalent) qualification desirable
Salary Package
Circa £35,000 dependent on experience
