Job Description

· Supervision of the daily and weekly activities of 3 recruitment administrators in the provision of a temporary workforce numbering an average of 150 workers on a daily basis over 2 x shift pattern.· Coordination and control of transportation, which includes a coach/bus and up to 6 x minibus.

· Maintenance of specific standards and criteria appertaining to the contract.

· Liaison with client management on a daily basis.

Person Specification

· Have operational management/supervisory experience.

· Be PC literate to ECDL level

· Be results driven.

· Have a full clean driving licence (at most 6points)

Qualifications & Experience

· Speak Gujarati as a second language

· Hold a PCV licence, Hold a PCV CPC
