Job Description
Purpose of Job
:To supervise a team of operational staff to deliver a world class customer service to a portfolio of local customers
To support the sales structure and delivery of new sales at National and local level
·To arrange installation of tracvaults, GRS and company signage in a timely manner
·To ensure all required documentation for new customers has been verified ·Manage the new contract within the existing routes
·To liaise with Team Leader to inform him of the new customer
·Ensuring an efficient rollout of National Contracts including AI’s Risk Assessments liasing with National account coordinator
·To ensure all leads generated by drivers are passed to sales person
·To print dummy invoices and check against CLR
Accountable for ensuring costs are controlled within the branch
·Responsible for effectively managing the routes to reduce costs
·To ensure overtime costs are kept to a minimum
To ensure the uniform and equipment costs are monitored
·To maintain an appropriate database to ensure all costs are recorded on a monthly basis
Team Management
·To ensure the correct level of staff is available and hold first interviews ensuring compliance with the recruitment process
·To ensure all new staff are trained in line with Company Policy
·To ensure all staff within the team are rostered and paid in a timely manner
·To investigate any incidents involving conduct and performance related issues with the team
·To manage employees holiday ensuring all staff takes their full entitlement and appropriate cover is arranged
Person Specification
Reporting
·Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner
·To ensure run sheets have been completed corrected and check calls have been made
Vehicle Management
·To ensure vehicles are checked for roadworthiness ie tyres, lights, water, oil and damage
·To liaise with vehicle management company to ensure all vehicles are serviced appropriately
·To order replacement or temporary vehicles
·Ensure ongoing personal development in line with appraisal goals
·Attend training courses and action learning outcomes
·Work closely with the appointed Regional Manager to develop Customer Service skills
Customer Service Delivery
·To contact customers on the following day of any alarm activations
·Implement ad-hoc work in a timely manner liasing with customer
·Update customer information accordingly

we are looking for an organised person with excellent leadership skills. This role is seen as a stepping stone to Branch Manager
Salary Package
The salary is £22,000 per annum based on 48 hours per week
