Job Description

An Account Handler is required to work within the print & design department, needing a solid understanding of creative and production processes. You will be able to manage established accounts and develop strong business relationsips with new cleints.

The role will include day-to-day client handling, taking and writing creative briefs, estimates and also general organisation and administration.

Ongoing budget monitoring, developing new business proposals, pro-active and responsive insight into client expectations and requirements are also amongst the responsibilities of this vacancy.

Person Specification

The perfect person would have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to create and maintain accurate/accessible and organised documentation.

Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Strong listening, questioning and communication skills.

Ability to effectively manage customer & staff relationships, promptly respond to queries, ensure promises are kept and manage expectations.

Ability to keep and maintain confidential client information.

Good working knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to produce intricate data and sales analysis.

Ability to work as part of a team, contributing and sharing best practices/knowledge/resources and ideas.

Qualifications & Experience

You will need proven client handling/development experience, good attention to detail, sound knowledge of traditional media and excellent presentation skills.

Experience in project managing campaigns, coordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines in order to acheive client objectives.

Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients and experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level is essential.

Salary Package

You will paid an hourly rate of £10.00 per hour.
