From initial contact to final employment, our highly trained staff assist with every aspect of the search process, in order to ensure that only the ideal candidate is employed.

Our method is based upon the following steps:

• Meet - Wherever possible we will meet with the client to ascertain their exact needs and to gain a firm understanding of their company and its goals.
• Search - This information serves as a basis on which we can establish a clear and concise job description. Our consultants will then conduct a thorough search for suitable candidates.
• Screen - We will screen every suitably qualified candidate and conduct in-depth interviews/assessment to provide a shortlist for you to review. Only the best-qualified candidates will be introduced to the client.
• Liaise - During the client interview/assessment process, we will serve as a liaison between them and the candidate(s) to maintain effective communication.
• Arbitrate - We ensure an impartial arbitration during the negotiation process, until an agreement is reached between client and the ideal candidate.
